Individual Coaching Packages

At Marcolli Executive Excellence, we offer three different individual coaching programs that we can further customize to meet your specific needs. All coaching programs use the P6PROP^® diagnostic package as a core element.

Below is an overview of our levels of support:

Coaching and Support Package I

• Interview and personal assessment (2h)
• P6PROP^® diagnostic package
• In-person analysis of profile results; creation of action plan (2h)

Coaching and Support Package II

• Interview and personal assessment (2h)
• P6PROP^® diagnostic package
• In-person analysis of profile results; creation of action plan (2h)
• 4 half days of individual coaching within a 6-8 month period

Coaching and Support Package III

• Interview and personal assessment (2h)
• P6PROP^® diagnostic package
• In-person analysis of profile results; creation of action plan (2h)
• 4 full days of personal coaching within a 9-12 month period
